Well, we went to the VA Center in Martinez yesterday to finish all the paperwork and such so we can start visiting there.
I thought I was going to have my picture taken so I was dressed to the nine’s. I just had a brushing, had my red outfit on, big smile on my face…but they didn’t take my picture, they gave the chauffer, aka my dad, a generic Social/Therapy dog pass and told him he was supposed to hold it for me!
Well I was about to throw a fit when I remembered this is not about me, it’s all about them.
We need to call and schedule our first visit, I’ll let you know how it goes. T.T.F.N.
